Bauerfeind wanted to expand into the United Kingdom, Austria, and the Netherlands (along with pumping up their German campaigns). After a month or so of discovery, research and strategy sessions, we crafted a scaleable and modular approach to digital marketing into new countries. We started with one as a test, tweaked it a bit, and then moved into another country, and so on.
